Royce Price, Real Estate Broker of Royce Realty, is a native Houstonian with real estate experience in the Houston Area since 1990 and broker of record for Royce Mortgage since 1999.  His experience in the real estate industry exceeds the standards for real estate services. He has shared his knowledge by teaching at the Houston Community College in Houston and Champions School of Real Estate in Texas and shows his passion for individual growth by providing his agents with all the tools necessary to exceed in the real estate industry.



Royce currently holds a CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) Designation issued by the Texas Real Estate Teacher's Association.


Royce Realty currently sponsors over 70 diverse agents speaking several languages who cover real estate for buyers and sellers in  Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Montgomery and Waller counties. In 2008, Royce Price attained his designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This certification distinguishes individuals who have hands-on experience in international real estate transactions and completed intensive study. The critical aspects of transnational transactions, including currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, regional market conditions, investment performance and tax issues are focuses of this auspicious designation.
